S ince its original founding in 1906, White-Ranson has been priviledged to have served nearly 20,000 families in their time of need.
The facilities have been remodeled several times with the additions of an office, two large visitation rooms and a 300 seat chapel, which was added in 1965.
The officers today are Bart White, president; Robert C. "Skipper" White, vice-president; and Vivian Whitehead, secretary. Other stockholders are Lois White (widow of Barry White) and Mary Hellen Jonhson (daughter of Barry White).
In 2006, White-Ranson Funeral Home celebrated its 100th year of serving the families in Union City, Obion County and the surrounding area.
